Here are some fab photos for your viewing pleasure!
"Look, mom! I tied my shoe!" His attempt is on the left; mommy's is on the right.
Oh, look! I'm 29! And I'm obviously thrilled!
#1's Open House at school. "Hey, kids, let's pose for a picture! Could you please stop moving around? Please? Yeah, didn't think so..."

The following pictures are from the awesome 6 mile hike Brandon and I took last weekend (March 15th). It started out sunny; then we got rained on. No worries, though! I love the rain and it was actually fairly warm. I wish I had more shots of the gorgeous flowers that were literally everywhere, but the wind made it hard to focus...anyway, enjoy! There's a video of the sunny part of the hike at the end. I thought I'd let you hear what we heard --basically nothing. So nice after a week full of kiddies!
Ah, what a beautiful day for a hike. Don't we look prepared?
Brandon: "Come on, Cheryl! The hills aren't that hard, are they?"
Cheryl: "Hufffff---puhfffff-huffff-puhhhfffff"
I loved these bushes with the dark, dark red bark. Gorgeous and plentiful...
Uh-oh! Looks like rain is coming...
Beautiful flowers, so many beautiful flowers!
Here are some views of the trail...
One of the waterfalls, and a beautiful view of Clayton Valley...
This was the last picture I took on our hike.
And now...here's the video from the beginning of our hike. When the trails were flat and the sun was shining, and the brook was bubbling...

Check out all your pictures! So cute. The hike looks gorgeous! Happy birthday.
Happy Birthday! I can tell that you have lost weight! You look great. I am missing the area. Pretty pictures. Cute kids.
Thanks!
But hey, these are Catch-Up photos, so my birthday was a month ago. You guys don't have to wish me a happy birthday! :)
i am SO jealous of your hike. I have to wait until like the end of May to find the beautiful trails covered in snow here in Logan canyon! I can't wait though :) That is one thing I miss from California as well...the sunshine that is always there when you need it!
You guys look SO young and thin.
I might be able to bring myself to take a hike like that--if pressed. :) Looks beautiful.
Your kiddos are cute, too.
I love, love, love the pictures! What a beautiful hike! Thanks so much for sharing!
Such a gorgeous hike! I love all the wildflowers blooming so much because we had so much rain! It makes it really feel like spring. Love the pictures!
I love the last picture that you took. Its really pretty! You are a great photographer!
Beautiful Cheryl! No, there wasn't supposed to be a comma there! You really are beautiful!
I totally "get" the kids picture. There is rarely one were they're all looking at the camera and making some sort of human face.
Thanks for sharing!
Great pictures! It looks like a great place to hike. Love the last picture - it's perfect.
Thanks, you guys! I'm not a great photographer (it's mostly luck), but I appreciate the compliments anyway. :)
Oh, and hey, I have that same shirt from Downeast Outfitters (in your birthday pic!) It looks so cute on you!
Ooh! I love DownEast Basic clothing! Hooray! Do you have the pink one like me, or a different color?
I have the pink one and the brown one. Love them both, but they just aren't fitting nowadays!
Haha! I would hope not! :)
