...is done for now. ~sigh~
I could be upset, but frankly, I don't care. I'm used to being "No diapers! We're never going back!" but the kid just isn't ready. We had one success yesterday, so I think it's a good start. But I'm too tired to be cleaning out poopy underwear for the next month. We'll try again a little later...

I know what you mean. My FOUR year old is still not potty trained. Not because I haven't tried.
He just refuses. I haven't gotten him to use the toilet even once and I am not going to tear my hair out about it anymore. I, too, will try again later.
Aw, don't tell me that! FOUR? Sounds like we both need some luck...
With Maren I seemed to have more time to devote to the whole process. With Liam it has been another story. He will use the potty, but only for #1. He did #2 once, but not since. I also have to take him, so if I forget or heaven forbid I am involved in something, he just does it in the training pants. So, I sort of gave up too. I am still going to take him to the bathroom, but now I have the wipes and the diapers in there and I carry a diaper with me. I need to enroll him in preschool, so the pressure is on, but I have a feeling it is going to take a while. Maren is finally doing better with all numbers associated. She still has an accident here and there, but at least it is now just #1.
