This little person is registering for Kindergarten today:
Except he doesn't really look like that anymore. He looks more like this:
When did he grow up?

General Conference starts tomorrow! And for those of you with small children, I'm thinking you may want THIS. I'm all about using other people's fabulous ideas so I don't have to come up with my own. Thank you to Jennifer at Sugardoodle for the printable packets!
And don't forget to watch...

Brandon leaves for London tomorrow; I've been ignoring it up until now.
Luckily, I have things to distract me. Remember my list from yesterday? I'm hoping to tackle most of it whilst he's away...

It's Raining!!
HOORAY!
I love rain so much more than snow. Rain isn't as cold. Rain makes me laugh. April showers bring May flowers! And when it gets rainy, that usually means it won't be snowy anymore, right? Right?
Please tell me I'm right. Because I don't know if my fragile psyche can handle more snow!
Which do you prefer? Snow or rain?
--------------------------------------------------------
To go with my purging post from yesterday:
Have a great weekend, dear reader!

I totally prefer the snow. I love the rain until about February and then I am tired of gray skies.
Good luck on all your cleaning! You can do it.
i prefer snow....i love to shovel it, i think because when i'm done i can see that i've accomplished something and it's a great work out and most of all it makes me happy.. but you're right rain usually means no more snow, but in utah anything is possible. good luck while brandon is gone. if you need something call (seriously), and i'm looking forward to seeing my new friend on tuesday. can i just tell you that when she saw me after her class we looked in the garden for a minute, then she came and took my had as we walked to the van and i felt like i had made a new friend. she is sooo cute, thank you for letting me take her to class!!!
Love rain! Love the Baby blues comic...made me LOL! Sad but true at our house!
What an adorable baby! (And young man!)
Rain is better than snow, which is why I live in Oregon.
That Baby Blues comment would be funny, if it weren't so depressing (and true).
How did my little guy grow up just as fast as yours? We'll get through it together. :)
Excited for conference...I've got my notepad and pen ready. As for my boys? How about Expect the Best, Prepare for the Worst? ;)
I definitely prefer rain...which is ironic since I live in a snowglobe.
And the comic? Awesome! We have a few Misc. boxes around here too.
Rain, baby.
Hope #3 enjoyed the mommy/son date to kindergarten registration.
That comic is so me it's scary.
I'm from Seattle. Rain, baby, rain! I love the gray skies, it's veeeeeeeeeeery soothing for me. I just want to curl up and take a nap in a corner like a baby kitten.
I do love the snow, but I LOVE the rain, too! Last night I had the window wide open while I was plowing through Twilight (why am I ashamed to admit that I'm reading it?) and it reminded me of the year we lived in Oregon (sniff, sniffle). Oh, how I miss my large, rainy, Oregonion home! We would always open the windows to hear the rain when we would have a down-pour.
