Isn't It Over? Not Yet? What?

I cannot wait for this election to be over. Can. Not. Wait.
Reasons why:
1. I'm tired of "Obama will stop the polar ice caps from melting!" and "John McCain will end all terrorist activity!" and "Obama believes in change! Of some kind!" and "McCain is a Maverick!"
2. People will finally be able to take down their political signs, so they will no longer get stolen!
3. The debates will end! Everywhere! Whoo-hoo!
4. People can buy those "I have a right to complain. I voted for the other guy!" bumper stickers.
5. We can blog about other stuff. Like books. Or music. Or art!
Until then?
Vote for McCain. Vote YES on Prop 8 (in California, of course). Oh, and I'm voting for that Democrat lady here in Provo. But! Most importantly? Just make sure you vote, okay?

You said it!
I've resorted to taking my McCain signs in the house at night. I got tired of replacing them.

Dude, I'm so there with you! The news is like Road Kill right now; I just can't look away but I should! Ugh! Can't wait to go back to just worrying about Angelina Jolie's next baby... ;)

Try living in a battleground state with the pollsters calling you day and night... The junk mail filling your box to capacity... and signs littering everywhere...
Isn't democracy great.
Definitely Voting for McCain. I sure hope I do not have to put up a bumper sticker that says that!

Ditto.

I have no other thoughts to put into this comments. My brain has been sucked dry by this election season.

Oops, I meant "comment". See, dry brain.

Strangely, I'm not quite sick of the whole election thing yet. I don't know, maybe I'm just so excited to get a different president, whichever one wins, it sort of feels like Christmas is coming, and I can't wait to open my present. But I'm not yet like "Take the lights off your house, already! I'm sick of Rudolph!". Besides, I still haven't bought an "Obama is my Homeboy" onsie to put Seth in and then go over to Wayne mom's house... I think everyone would get a kick out of my spunk...

I'm with ya. I'm excited to get to the finish line.

But I'm voting for Obama. (And now I'm ducking and running!)

I'm also ducking and running.....because I can't vote. We moved and didn't get registered right away and then we were evacuated twice and we missed the deadline. But, if I could I'd vote for McCain.

On facebook yesterday, I said the following:

I feel the same way about this election as I did in my 9th month of pregnancy: I JUST WANT IT TO BE OVER.

Can't it please please be over!

Yes, vote for McCain. I haven't been a huge supporter of him, just better than Obama. Well, now that someone stole my McCain/Palin sign within 16 hrs of me putting it out there, I so want him to win...goodness people, be kind.
