The blessing of health TRULY is a blessing...

Well, it's happening again. Just when I thought that I was going to be healthy again, something new is popping up....

I went to my cardiologist and pulimonary specialist last week and they were so pleased with my health, that they told me I didn't have to see them for 6 months and 1 year respectively. Because of the exercise, my oxygen levels, heart rate, blood pressure and everything is doing so well!

Then I decided to see my dentist about the pain in my neck and jaw.

He's a brilliant guy who works with a neurologist and helps treat tension headaches, jaw problems, etc. I had some tests done to find out where the pain is originating and it turns out that I hold all my tension and stress in my neck, lower skull and shoulders.

No surprise, there!

So, treatments start next week. Luckily, our health insurance covers it.

I trust my dentist and I trust the procedures --maybe it will be wonderful to have no more headaches --but I'm tired of not being healthy. I'm tired of dealing with a constant string of health problems.....Good health truly is a blessing.

I sure hope you are going to a chiroprator to get this worked out and not a dentist or doctor!

If you are ever up the Ogden way, let me know and I will schedule you a time to see Todd's dad or his brother. They are the best chiropractors I know! In all honesty, I truly believe in the power of chiropractics. And for the problem you are having, they could fix you up in no time. Todd has also met a few chiropractors in Provo, let me know if you would like a recommendation.

Well, it wasn't a chiropractor who did the high-tech medical testing with my jaw...

Thanks, but I think it'll be okay. :)

Well if you're going to trust your spine to a tooth doctor with a fancy machine, then there is nothing i can do about that.

I guess I misread this statement:

"the pain is originating and it turns out that I hold all my tension and stress in my neck, lower skull and shoulders."

You know I am playing with you right? (and I really do like Chiropractors too)

Ahhh... good point. :) But most of the problems are located in the muscles at the back of the head that connect the jaw to the skull...so, it's all related.

Yes, I know you're yankin' my chain. You wouldn't know how not to!! :)

I can empathize with the health thing. Sigh.
