No weight gain this week!
And no weight loss, either.
Yep, I stayed the same and I'm extremely fine with that! As long as there is no gain, I'm comfortable with losing 4.4 pounds every other week. :)
This morning, J and I ran 1.2 miles UP THE HILL!! Our total running mileage is now up to 2.4 miles and we still walk the other.6. We're so close and it feels so great --so empowering!
