Mushy, Mushy Brain Cells

Ho, hum. Doopidy, doopidy doo.

Blah, blah, blah, blah.

Sorry, folks, that's all I got. My brain has turned to mush, what with the occupation of neighborhood picnic planning, house cleaning, children raising, political junk, trying to write a...well...anything at this point, continuous lack of a "real" calling, missing my friends, being without Brandon all week (who finally came home last night), having to miss the BYU/UCLA game tomorrow, and desperately needing a shower (is it noon already!?) inside this brain of mine.

I haven't had such writer's block carnage in such a long time! I swear, it's been...what? A couple of months? At least!
*snort

Okay, well, have a good weekend, dear reader. I hope next week I will have good news to report. Of some variety. Of any variety, actually. In fact, just the fact that the neighborhood picnic will be over will be the best news, ever!

What are you doing this weekend? Do any of you still have writer's block? Do any of you wish you could come and plan this picnic for me? No? Ah, well...

Dude. I used "fact" too much in that last paragraph. See? I'm hopeless...

I found a poem I wrote on a similar thought in an old notebook. I'll have to send it your way.

I woke up feeling weird this morning. Headachy/achy everywhere. My ears felt plugged. Hope I'm not getting sick.

I'm dropping my daughter and her boyfriend off at Magic Mountain tomorrow then going hiking somewhere with a camera.

I'm sitting around waiting for a hurricane to destroy my city. I'd plan a picnic any old day!

I suffer from writers amnesia...I just can't figure out to say, I think...ever!!! The funny thing is...even when you are not saying anything, youre saying something. You are too cool!

I love your blog Cheryl you even make not having anything to say fun! I always just use a ton of pictures to cover up the fact that I am far from a writer! Hopefully a ton of cute pictures tells it all!

I hope your picnic went off without a hitch.
I went to a crazy Mom Market sale today and have never seen so many crazed mamas diving for baby and kids stuff. One woman, I swear, was about to deck another lady! Crazy!
Hope you can banish your writers block soon! :-)

Hope the picnic went well! And you will get through the writers block...and by the way, for someone with writers block, you sure come up with things to say anyway. Wish I could do that! :)

Doesn't that say it all? But you know, girl, it's ok not to blog sometimes. We will always love you anyway.

That said, can't wait to hear about the picnic!

I have reader's block, if that's even a real thing. I got on Google Reader and had over 100 posts I hadn't read. Needless to say, there was a lot of "mark as read"ing going on.

Hope your partay was a success. As bythe said, how could it not....
