This made me snort! Hang in there! Isn't He great? Once we have those babies, all that pain of waiting just goes away? I figure He was pretty smart in doing that so we keep having those babies. ;)
Hang in there, no one has ever been pregnant forever! Those last few weeks are a killer. You will have such an awesome natural home delivery that will be well worth the wait. Take advantage of this extra time.
I meant to comment on your birth stories post - you've got me trying to convince my husband that we should do a home birth with our next kid (whenever that happens). I've always wanted a home birth, we've never had enough money to do something insurance wouldn't pay for + hubby is a little... reluctant. But I am convinced after reading your stories (and after my hospital births with my first two) that I want it badly. Plus, I just found out our insurance will cover 100% of our midwife's fee. Woot. And I found a midwife who has a birthing center and does regular women's visits, so I'm going to see her in a few months for my women's yearly, and then maybe ask her for help convincing hubby that a home birth will be fine. I have a few questions to ask her (since I ended up with pitocin to help labor with both kids). Anyway, just thought I'd let you know how you've inspired me. (3 out of 5 of my mom's kids, including me, were home births :D )
I love, love, love your comments! But please remember a few things: 1. Please be respectful. 2. If you know the names of our children or our last name, please do not use them. Thanks!
