Health Rocks: Week Four

So, I weighed myself at the usual time this morning.

Crap! So, I waited, did some housework, went to the bathroom, and then I weighed myself again.

CRAP!

I don't know what is going on. My portions have been awesome, and I've exercised all last week M-F and yesterday --and today. Part of me thought that maybe it was eating too much? Not enough? But then I realized something:

My waist is getting smaller.

Inches! That's what it is! Inches! I've decided that if I still haven't lost weight by next week (although I'm going to China, so to heck with most of this for a while), then I'll start measuring myself. Thighs, waist, arms, etc. Maybe that will be a better indicator that I'm still getting fit, eh?

I'm off to China tomorrow. I have a very strong feeling that I'll be blogging from there. How fun! For you! And me, too.

Note to self: Don't forget the camera!

  1. Inches are what counts...though I look at lbs too...
    I've lost about 15 lbs and am down about 1 size...2 depending on the pants, but I'll say 1! And I'm thrilled with that...Keep up the good work!
