Health Rocks: Week Two


Well, looky there! I lost....

...nothing. Zip. Nada. Zilch.

Sigh...at least that's better than gaining, right?

Good things I did:
*I've been walking nearly every day. This morning, we have begun the 6AM walking routine! Huzzah!
*Back to healthier foods! Now if I can just work on that portion control...

    However, a fluke, as I've been semi-sick for three days. I'll refrain from being too happy until I see how things are a week from now.

  2. I lost nada also....I have this bad habit of shoving my face from the time kids get home from school until dinner. So I'm right there with ya about the portion control!
